Who Can Play

There is a role for you here

Football, wrestling, soccer, track, lifting, and total beginner backgrounds all translate. Rugby rewards toughness, coachability, fitness, and teammates who care.

First practice

Expect introductions, warmups, handling, basic contact shape, and a lot of teaching. You do not need to know the rules before you show up.

Bring more than you think, especially for warm practices.

03

Athletic clothes

Anything you can sprint, sweat, and move safely in.

04
